SG SOFT (the "Company") values the personal information of TodaySNS (todaysns.com) users and processes it as follows in accordance with applicable law.

Information collected and how· On social sign-in: social identifier, name (nickname), profile photo, email (only if you consented to share it) · When using the Service: ordered links, charge and order history · When charging (where the method applies): depositor name, tax-document details (phone number or business registration number, email for tax invoices), USDT wallet address · Collected automatically: access logs (pages visited, country, browser and device information), device identifiers, cookies
2. Purposes of useMember identification and login, order delivery and notices, balance management, issuing tax documents, preventing fraudulent use and duplicate free-trial claims, responding to inquiries, service-improvement statistics, and meeting legal obligations.
3. Retention period· Member information: destroyed without delay upon account deletion · Contract and payment records under Korean e-commerce law: 5 years; consumer complaint and dispute records: 3 years · Access logs under Korean communications law: kept at least 3 months then destroyed (site-visit statistics auto-deleted after 90 days) · Records for preventing fraud and duplicate free trials (IP, device identifiers): kept for the period the Service is provided
4. Provision to third partiesPersonal information is not provided to third parties except as required by law or with the user's consent.
5. Outsourcing and overseas transfer· For content delivery (CDN) and security (DDoS protection), traffic passes through Cloudflare, Inc. (USA, global edge servers). Transferred items are service-use records such as IP addresses and cookies. · To notify the operator of orders and inquiries, notification messages pass through Telegram (Dubai). Transferred items are name (nickname), member number and order-related information. · Member information (name, email, etc.) is stored only on servers in the Republic of Korea.
6. CookiesOnly essential cookies for the Service, such as login sessions and language settings, are used; no advertising or tracking cookies. You may refuse cookies in your browser, but some features such as login may be limited.
7. Children's informationSign-ups are not accepted from children under 14, or under the age of consent in their country of residence.
8. Your rightsYou may at any time request to view, correct or delete your personal information, or to suspend its processing, including account deletion. Requests to support or the officer below are handled without delay.
9. DestructionPersonal information past its retention period is destroyed without delay by irreversible means. Electronic files are deleted in a non-recoverable way.
