Article 1 (Purpose)These Terms set the conditions of use of TodaySNS (todaysns.com, the "Service") operated by SG SOFT (the "Company"), and the rights and duties between the Company and members.
Article 2 (Definitions)1. "Service" means the Company's service that increases metrics on social media and commerce platforms, such as followers, likes, views, reviews and wishlists. 2. "Member" means a person who signs up with a social account and uses the Service. 3. "Balance" means the prepaid amount a member charges in advance to pay for the Service.
Article 3 (Posting and amendment of the Terms)1. These Terms are posted at the bottom of the Service at all times. 2. The Company may amend the Terms within the bounds of applicable law. Amendments are announced with the effective date and reasons at least 7 days in advance, or 30 days for changes unfavourable to members.
Article 4 (Sign-up)1. Sign-up is done by verifying a social account such as Kakao, Naver, Google, Telegram or LINE; there is no separate registration or password. 2. Only persons aged 14 or over, or over the age of consent in their country of residence, may sign up. 3. Each member receives a unique member number, which is the basis for inquiries, balance and order management. 4. Collection and processing of member information follow the Privacy Policy posted at the bottom of the Service.
Article 5 (Contents of the Service)1. The Company delivers the ordered quantity of metric increases for the public link entered by the member. 2. The Service runs on an automated system all year round, and delivery begins as soon as payment is confirmed. 3. Quantity ranges, unit prices and delivery periods follow what is posted on the pricing page and each service page.
Article 6 (Balance and payment)1. Service fees are deducted from the charged balance. 2. Charging methods vary by country of use and are shown on the charge page. 3. The base currency of balance and prices is the Korean won (KRW); amounts in other currencies are converted for guidance.
Article 7 (Orders and delivery)1. The link, quantity and period entered at ordering cannot be changed after intake, so please check them carefully. 2. Orders that cannot be delivered, such as private accounts or deleted links, are cancelled automatically and the payment returns to the balance. 3. Progress can be checked under My.
Article 8 (Cancellation and refunds)Order cancellation and balance refunds follow the Refund Policy posted at the bottom of the Service.
Article 9 (Member's duties)1. Members may order only for targets they manage or are authorised to market. 2. The Service may not be used to infringe the rights of others or to violate laws or the policies of each platform. 3. Members are responsible for problems arising from breach of these duties.
Article 10 (Company's duties and limitation of liability)1. The Company strives to provide a stable service and restores failures promptly. 2. The Company is not liable for metric changes caused by matters beyond its control, such as platform policy or algorithm changes. However, if an order becomes undeliverable mid-delivery, the undelivered portion is refunded to the balance.
Article 11 (Withdrawal and restriction of use)1. Members may request account deletion at any time via Messages under My. 2. The Company may restrict use after prior notice if a member breaches these Terms; in urgent cases such as fraudulent payment, notice may be omitted.
Article 12 (Governing law and jurisdiction)These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are brought before the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
Article 13 (Governing language)The Korean version of these Terms is authoritative. Translations are provided for convenience only; where interpretations differ, the Korean version prevails.
AddendumThese Terms have applied since 25 August 2026 and were amended on 1 September 2026.
