This policy sets the rules for order cancellation and balance refunds on TodaySNS. It applies together with the Terms of Service.
1. Order cancellationOrders begin processing automatically the moment they are received, so they cannot be cancelled after intake. Please double-check the link and quantity on the order screen. Orders that cannot be processed are refunded automatically under Section 2.
2. Automatic refund for undeliverable ordersOrders that cannot be processed, such as private accounts or deleted or changed links, are cancelled automatically and the full payment returns to your balance. If the target becomes private or is deleted mid-delivery, the undelivered quantity is refunded to your balance.
3. Balance refunds· Refunds are based on your held balance, denominated in Korean won (KRW), and are available up to the amount you actually paid. Request one via Messages under My. · Balance granted free of charge, such as event credit, and any benefits received with it are not refundable. · If tax documentation was issued for a charge, it is cancelled or reissued before the refund. Only where such cancellation is impossible may the corresponding tax amount be deducted. · Costs actually incurred in processing the refund, such as transfer fees, may be deducted. · Refunds are returned via the original payment method in principle; where that is not possible, payment is made by an agreed method.
4. Refunds for USDT payments· Balance charged with USDT is also refunded on a KRW basis; the USDT amount is calculated at the exchange rate at the time the refund is processed, not the number of USDT originally sent. · Network transfer fees incurred at payout are deducted from the refund. · Payouts go to the wallet address used for the charge, or to your own wallet address verified at the time of request.
5. Processing timeRefund requests are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt. Depending on the payment method, the actual deposit may take a few more days.
6. Limitation of withdrawalThe service is a digital service that begins automatically upon ordering. For the portion already begun, withdrawal is limited under Article 17(2) of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce of the Republic of Korea. This is disclosed on the order screen.
7. Governing languageThe Korean version of this policy is authoritative. Translations are provided for convenience only; where interpretations differ, the Korean version prevails.
8. ContactFor refund questions, leave a message via {MSG} under {MY}. Your orders and balance are visible together, so replies are fastest, usually within 24 hours.
This policy has applied since 25 August 2026 and was amended on 1 September 2026.
